For the bids you intend to win.

A named senior operator who has sat on the evaluation side, with a department's tooling behind them. What you actually buy is risk reduced: a submission that's compliant, defensible, and reviewable, and the discipline to pursue fewer bad-fit bids. More than a freelancer can carry, the rigor the big shops sell — without their price or their hour-inflating process. Every price published. Ten seats. No haggling.

Start here: the Sprint

One live solicitation, read in 72 hours by the senior who’d run the pursuit: compliance shred, bid/no-bid call, a scored outline if it’s a go. Credited in full against your first pursuit — for serious bidders the read is free in retrospect.

Three ways to work with us

The through-line at every rung: is your submission compliant, defensible, and reviewable. Start where you are.

Compliance Club
Never miss a shall
$750/mo

For first-time bidders and small teams. One compliance review at a time, with comments.

  • Send us what you've written — a section, a volume, a whole draft
  • We check it against Sections L, M, and C/PWS and flag every miss, with comments on why it matters
  • One review at a time: finish or queue it, then send the next
  • You own the fix. The cheapest way to know a submission is compliant, defensible, and reviewable before it goes out

Assurance
frwrd.review
A senior second read
$2,500/mo

The senior human review layer over whatever you produce — by hand, with an AI tool, with a freelancer.

  • Queue compliance reviews — every shall against L, M, and C/PWS
  • An editorial / color-team pass for clarity, persuasion, and score
  • Second human eyes on anything you're about to send
  • The safe knowledge-base layer — boilerplate, past performance, templates kept current
  • You own the fix. We flag what we find and tell you why

When we run the bid

Members add a pursuit when a bid is live. Each is priced by what is at stake and fixed once agreed — run end to end: compliance matrix, win themes, draft, color review, workhorse graphics, submission-ready. No hourly meter anywhere.

Contract value under $1M$15,000
Contract value $1M–$10M$30,000
Contract value $10M+from $60,000scoped

Stake scales the work — more volumes, more reviews, more compliance surface. We assign the tier when we read the solicitation, and it is fixed from there. Your Sprint fee credits against the first one.

How the price behaves

Price it against the contract, not against an hourly rate. The industry norm is to spend one to three percent of contract value pursuing it — our fees sit inside that band for the awards our clients chase.

Ten seats. That's the shop.

We hold ten client seats, each one a company whose full bid slate we run. When the seats are full, there's a waitlist. The price isn't the constraint; the seat is.

The price is the price

We don't discount — the mechanism doesn't exist. When something needs flexibility we adjust scope, or add a gift: a credited read, an extra review, a comp'd month for a referral. Never the number.

No win fees, ever

A success fee would pay us to tell you to bid everything, and the most valuable sentence we sell is “don't bid this.” On federal work, contingent fees are restricted anyway (FAR 52.203-5).

Price your year

A membership holds your seat all year. Pursuit fees price each bid by what’s at stake. Set your slate and read the year’s cost against the contracts it chases.

Membership · the seat$72,000/yr ($6,000/mo)
Pursuits · Under $1M contract value · $15,000 each1
Pursuits · $1M–$10M contract value · $30,000 each2
Pursuits · $10M+ from, scoped · $60,000+ each0

At the 1–3% pursuit-spend norm, this year supports chasing roughly $4,900,000$14,700,000 in contract value.

Your year · $147,000

The same year, bought the other ways: one senior proposal hire runs $160K–$240K loaded — one person, no capture, no tooling, and they can quit. A senior freelancer runs $15K–$30K per bidat market rates — with no standing layer, no memory between bids, and no warranty behind the work.

Start with the Sprint $7,500, credited in full against your first pursuit. The read is the proof.

Beyond the pursuit

frwrd.capture

The advisory and shaping layer before the RFP: capture plans and campaigns, win-theme and competitive analysis, gate-review support, and the documents that shape a pursuit — white papers, capability briefings, presentations, and RFIs written to shape the requirement. You own the customer relationships; we build what moves them. Scoped per engagement.

frwrd.graphics

Custom workhorse graphics built to be evaluated and to score — action captions, org charts, infographics that make a dense approach readable. Included in every pursuit. Standalone — for bids you're writing yourself — flat $200 each, $500 for complex con-ops and multi-element graphics.

frwrd.build

A paid exit done well. When you outgrow us, we set you up to win without us: stand up the agents and your pursuit memory for an in-house team, hand off cleanly to your consultancy, or populate your own tool. From $7,500, scoped. Graduates can keep the Workbench tooling at $2,000/mo.

The guarantee — three honest exits

Pause anytime

Nothing gets deleted, but things go cold while you're paused: we stop refreshing your pursuit memory, the radar goes quiet, and the digests stop. Turn it back on and we warm it up.

Refund and walk away

If the Sprint read isn't useful, the fee comes back and we shake hands. Your own materials are always yours. Finished work you've received and paid for is yours and isn't refundable.

Graduate

When you outgrow us, take a clean, portable copy to any tool or hire — your materials and the pursuit memory and work product you've paid for. Want help leaving well? The frwrd.build package stands you up to win without us.

The craft warranty

We don't guarantee awards; no one honestly can. We guarantee the standard you're paying for: if a submission goes out with a compliance gap we missed, the engagement fee for that pursuit comes back. A compliance gap means a mandatory requirement — a “shall” or a required form — that was in the final solicitation, inside the agreed scope, missing from the submitted volume, and traceable to the compliance matrix we delivered. Not a lost award, not an evaluator's judgment, not content you supplied or overrode. One claim per pursuit, raised within 30 days of debrief.
