Check the draft before the expensive hour.

frwrd.preflight runs before anyone senior reads the draft: every requirement graded answered, partial, or missing, with the sentence that answers it — and an honest read on whether an evaluator could score what you wrote at all.

What comes back

Senior review time is the scarcest thing on any pursuit. Preflight’s job is to make sure none of it is spent discovering that requirement 34 was never answered.

The coverage grade

Every requirement in the matrix graded answered, partial, or missing — with the exact sentence that answers it quoted back. “Partial” is the grade that saves bids: the requirement you addressed without actually answering.

The scoreability read

Whether an evaluator could score what you wrote: are the answers under the headings where they’ll be hunted for, do the claims carry proof, is the win theme in the first sentence or buried in paragraph four?

The senior-hours saver

A ranked to-fix list for the writing team, so the expensive review that follows spends its hours on judgment — is this the right story? — instead of on hunting holes a machine can find.

Where it sits

Preflight checks the draft against the Shredder’s matrix — coverage, not quality. It tells you every requirement has an answer; it doesn’t tell you the answers will win. For that, the draft goes in front of the evaluation board, which reads it the way your buyer will. Run Preflight early and often; run the board when the draft is worth judging.

No more hunting holes by hand.
